I loved the diverse breakfast options, including salmon, and the cozy bar area for evening drinks. The floor-heated bathroom was a luxurious touch after braving the cold outside.

Very comfortable hotel, good room, delicious breakfast. Convenient location near the station, city center.
The price is high, but in Norway everything is expensive.

I rent a single room for 2 nights but the room was close to the main street that noisy was unavoidable. Couldn't sleep well because of the Tram/Bus travelling outside the hotel as well as the frequent the siren of the emergency service vehicles. The room was extreme small that movement inside the room was so limited. On the second day when I was having breakfast in the dinning room where the alarm was suddenly activiated. I followed the customers to walk out of the hotel but I was not told for any reason of the alarm being activated. I was too desperate at that moment as my travel document and luckage was still kept inside the room. Service provided by the staff of this hotel was considered not too helpful.
close to the central station that facilitate travellers to go between airport thro central station to Oslo City Centre.

- I booked double room single occupancy and get single room (very small room, very small bed)

Position was fantastic
On booking my email request for a bath tub and quiet room was not replied to.On arrival the only way I could get the above was to upgrade the room. Our room was very quiet - so much so that we slept in and missed our first breakfast!( Worth getting up for). The room had very little wardrobe and drawer space - we ended up living out of a suitcase. Overall very expensive, but perhaps that's Norway for you.

An Lovely Getaway in the Heart of Oslo!
The staff's warm hospitality was good, and enjoying breakfast while watching the bustling street below was a highlight. For an lovely experience, catch a show at Folketeateret and return to comfort.

missingWrote a review on 05 Augcramped bathroom
The bathroom situation could be more user-friendly. I found myself kneeling to shower due to a low roofline that felt cramped. Plus, the room itself had some design quirks, like protruding beams that led to a few unfortunate bumps to my head. It seemed like a missed opportunity not to make potential guests aware of these layout issues upfront, as they aren't showcased in their online photos.

The location next to the central train station made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was a highlight, with a generous selection of local organic products and fresh cuts of fruit. Although the room was compact, it wasnice and neat. I did experience some issues with the shower temperature control, which could use an upgrade for a better experience.

It is just beside the Central Train station and smack in the middle of the City centre. Staff service was also great, particularly a front desk officer, Marlen - she was amazing!
The room was small - very european!
